Wellness Affirmations

Affirmations are an effective way to put an abundance of positive vibes into your day.

I was first introduced to affirmation cards when I was in grade 5. My teacher would hand affirmation cards out to the class and we would have to follow our affirmation all day. At the end of the day, we would go round in a circle and say how we embraced that affirmation card.

This sounds like so much effort, I know. It’s harder some days, and some affirmations are harder than others, but applying them to your everyday life can make such a difference.

Pick a day of the week to dedicate to an affirmation, and slowly build up to a few days a week.

I have listed below some of my favourite affirmations.

  2. I am enough
  3. I am strong, mind and body
  4. I welcome mental, physical, spiritual, romantic, and financial success for myself and the ones I love.
  5. Leap and the net will appear
  6. If you can dream it, you can do it
  7. Embrace uncertainty with huge certainty
  8. I am grateful
  9. I will heal my past
  10. I trust myself
  11. My life is filled with love
  12. Every action I take increases my confidence
  13. I find opportunities to be kind and caring everywhere I look
  14. Life is full of magic
Now for some, one card could be enough for two weeks. For others, it might take you longer to get the hang of things. Affirmations are readily available online. Whether they are focussed on love, money, weight loss, loving yourself, or finding a little more happiness in your life, affirmations are a great first step to achieving these things.
